Toyota Yaris GR Air Duct Kit

When developing our Intake kit for the Yaris GR, we noticed that the air being received by the Airbox was only delivered from a single opening on the bumper. We've gone ahead and utilised the grill opening opposite side, this allows virtually twice the amount of frontal airflow to pass into the Airbox - effectively doubling the amount of available air to the Air filter!

To achieve this we designed a small and simple Aluminium ‘horn’ duct with an internal mounting bracket for a clean look in the bay. This is mounted by using a pre-existing hole found on the plastic trim piece covering the slam panel. Then from the duct, we have a heat shrink wire-wound air feed hose that runs to the port hole on our GR Induction Kit. We decided to use flexible hosing here to allow users to still install other items in the future without any conflict of parts fitted.

This Duct is available to buy separately but only works with our GR Induction Kit or if you have a 60mm O.D port available.
