VAG 1.8t Baffled Sump

If your 1.8T Engine is making big power you will need to run a baffled sump to enable you to have full control of oil movement whilst braking, accelerating and cornering. Just a split second of oil starvation could mean disaster! We use precision laser cut baffles which fit perfectly to the sump contours and 4 one way stainless steel gates to let the oil into the pick up area but not out.

Also available with 3mm alloy skid plate fully welded to the underside. Designed to reduce the possibility of oil loss from accidental impacts on sump.
