Sierra Cosworth RS500 Style Intercooler with our PRO built 60mm thick core and 76mm boost pipes

60mm thick RS500 style Intercooler for 600BHP plus cars.

Complete with air dam.
45mm longer tube length core over the 50mm think RS500 Intercoolers we also offer.

Design features include;
60mm thick core. The original RS500 intercooler and most 500 intercooler replicas have only 40mm cores. This unit gives a HUGE volume increase and surface area increase over the Standard unit whilst still retiaining the same fitment.

Extruded tubes.

These cores are extremely efficient due to their internal design. Each tube has dozens of fine alloy fins internally, which point into the charge air flow and grab the heat energy.

High pressure.

Extruded cores are very strong, yet lighter than BAR&PLATE cores. our RS500 core will withstand 50 psi. pressure. PRO cores are built in-house, specifically for each application.

High flow.

Our end tanks and tubes are shaped to allow maximum air flow, the flared pipes on entry and exit positions aid air flow at this potentially restrictive point, thus making the car more responsive and helps when holding higher boost pressures.

Can be supplied in either Satin Silver or PRO black
